1989, Sea Ray, 280 Sundancer

Great Shape and Ready for the Summer Season! Very Clean, Well Maintained,

Most of the boat is in better-than-expected condition with a few exceptions. One of the stern seats has two tears that have a repair attempted. The exterior is in very good condition. The engine compartment is clean.
there is a bit of plywood damage (dry rot) under the red decorative bolster on the starboard side by the driver and on the port side just under the forward bimini. The upholstery is not damaged, it's just the plywood that gives the shape to the upholstery that has crumbled a bit. This could be easily repaired by cutting a new piece of wood for the upholstery to wrap around, The damage is not visible and I only know about it because during clean up I saw some wood debris on the deck and investigated the source. We also did not mention the galley range being both alcohol and electric and that I am unsure of the electric section working.
