This Holiday Mansion has been completely customized. First commissioned in 2006, there were 3 V6 outboards, very recently repowered to one Mercury 4 stroke 150 engine.

The now available engine compartment was adorned with a Westerbeke 6.5 KW Low CO Gas Generator and 4 Fuel tanks. Also installed was the anchor pulpit and Maxwell Windlass, combined with the addition of the transoms and outboards push the LOA of this boat over 40'.That being said the rest of this boat is an example from bow to stern of what you can do and/or have done when you're willing to invest the money.The fuel and water tanks were all upgraded to the highest quality. The electronics consist of its original Raymarine E120 with Radar. Additional electronics include a Lowrance HDS12.The boat's beam is 12', and the fresh water tanks are 75 gallons (3-20 gallons and 1-15 gallons for the Icemaker.The boat has a well-equipped galley with updated appliances including a Raritan Icerette Ice Maker, a Dometic Stainless Steel AC/DC Refrigerator, a propane cooktop, and a marine water heater. For saftey, there are 11 bilge pumps. There is a VHF radio and a 16-inch TV for local stations. There are fire, smoke, fume, and carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers throughout the boat. Bluetooth your smartphone music to the boat's stereo system. There are charging plugs throughout the boat for convenience. Accommodations include a head with a Laveo dry flush toilet and bathtub and sleeping quarters. There are 2 heat pump/air conditioners (16000 btu and 18000 btu). AC1 is split between the berth and galley, and AC2 is only upstairs. There are extra single bunks in the galley and pilot areas.The bow of the boat has a Minn Kota 36-volt Riptide Ulterra trolling motor used as a bow thruster with a full cover, included is a Minn Kota Digital Charger and 3-Odyssey Extreme Group 31 AGM Batteries, Also installed are an anchor pulpit and Maxwell Windlass for ease of anchoring out!Ondeck is a custom-made SeaDek flooring on the main and upper deck.
