Boat Condition
This boat has been a live-aboard for the past 3 years but has held up well and appears to be taken care of.
All equipment is said to be in working order.
She could use some TLC in some places, but nothing major appeared to be in need.
Has power helm station to keep all gear closed to sun and weather.
Update September 2021:
She could use a good buffing as it\'s been awhile.
The seller passed away and is no longer living on her, but the engines are still started monthly.
She has not been out and really run for at least 6 months now.
There is a window missing in the front glass in the upper help. Also, the Bimini top and isinglass are worn and likely need replacing. The Bimini top leaks in the rain.
Inside, there is a bit of an odor from the carpet, which will likely need to be replaced.
There is a wooden roll up piece that closes off the front berth that is broken and will not roll.
Everything else on the boat works perfect per the current owner (was the Fianc of the deceased seller). Boat title is in her name and clear to sell.
It\'s been about 4 years since last bottom paint, but she has the bottom scraped by a diver monthly.
