Boat Condition
This vessel is a project boat. Generator and AC units need to be replaced as a result of water leak into bilge. Salon window on port side is broken. Passenger helm seat is broken, and teak deck is in poor condition. Some of the deck railing and ladder to the bridge are loose. as are sections of the rub rail.
