Boat Condition
The boat is in good condition. The deck appeared to be solid and clean. Cushions are in good condition with no evidence of tears. Some of the teak has been replaced with PlasTeak, other teak is good shape but in need of some refinishing such as swim ladder and aft bench. Holding tanks for water and waste have never been used by this owner and are not hooked up. The refrigerator has been removed and space left for the new owners to decide how to use the space, for refrigerator, stove, or storage. The hour meter is not working, hours unknown. No cradle included, seller rents jack stands from marina for storage.
