The general condition is good for a 35-year-old vessel. It is not perfect but it's in very nice shape and has been well taken care of. As per the owner who is currently living aboard, everything listed works as it should and he has owned for about a year. He is relocating to build a home - reason for sale.
The sheets and the rigging are in good order and seller indicated they were redone or replaced since 2018. Boat has been used on a regular basis. Mostly freshwater use up until a few years ago. Back edge of keel and rudder need a little glass touchup. Boat now on the hard.
