The current Owner bought this custom beauty from the builder 4 years ago and has kept it meticulously maintained. The Brent Swain has sailed the Pacific on 2 different adventures and has been refit for blue water sailing with new sails, stainless steel rigging, repowered diesel Kubota V1505, new electronics (radar, chart plotter, FLIR), new gimballed Force 10 stove, fridge, microwave, new propeller, and a new stainless steel radar arch.The rails are also stainless steel and are sturdy - you can lean on them with confidence! This sloop has been sandblasted and painted with many coats of epoxy (50 gallons) inside and out. The bilges are spotlessly clean and dry and the integral keel design means no worries about keel bolts.Additional foam insulation has been added throughout the boat and the windows are double-pane. You'll stay plenty warm in Alaska with the Sigmar diesel stove and cool in the tropics The vertical axis self-steering is easy to use and reliable.You're all set for those long cruises with 110 gallons of fuel capacity along with 100 gallons of fresh water that includes a 24 gph engine driven watermaker.
