Boat Condition
The boat was on the hard when Hurricane Dorian knocked her down. The owner indicates she has been given the all-clear structurally but needs a new mast. A Catalina mast, determined to be the most appropriate replacement, has been sourced in Stuart Florida, and is already paid for. There was a Yanmar 35 HP engine installed.
The owner confirms the mizzen mast is serviceable. The engine compartment was not impacted but there is slight interior water damage as pictured. There is a bit of glass work that needs to be done as well as a paint job.
The toe rail needs to be repaired. As reported by the seller, there are no cracks or damage to the deck or the hull. The joints appear firm and aligned where the bulkheads meet the hull. The rudder is aligned and moves freely. The engine is firmly mounted and the propeller shaft is stable, properly aligned, and free. The engine and alternator are free of any water damage as is the wiring.
